1/3 cup soy sauce.
1 crushed garlic clove.
1 1/2 tsp sugar.
1 tsp ground ginger.
1 chopped onion.
1/3 salad oil.
1 tsp salt.
Mix all together. Marinate the meat for 2 hours or overnight. As you prefer.
