Ingredients.
2 tbsp honey.
1 tbsp parsley.
3 tbsp salad oil.
1/3 cup red wine vinegar.
1/4 cup chopped onion.
1 clove garlic, optional.
1/4 tsp rosemary.
1/4 tsp oregano.
1/4 dill weed.
1/4 tsp paprika.
1/4 tsp season all.
1/2 tsp salt.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Marinate venison ideally overnight, turning at regular intervals.
