You need-

1 rabbit, jointed.
1/4 cup butter.
1 tbsp cinnamon.
1 tbsp nutmeg.
2 tbsp horseradish.
2 tbsp bacon grease.

First, brown the rabbit joints in the bacon grease and the butter. Put the rabbit and the juices in a baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients with 1/2 cup of water and pour over the rabbit. Season to taste.
Now cover and bake at 350C for approximately 45 minutes.
Ideally, serve on a bed of rice.
