    In a bowl put 2 tbsp of sugar, the grated rind of 2 oranges and 6 tbsp of currant jelly and mix for 5 minutes. Then add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of orange juice, season to taste and mix all together.
    Serve over game meat.
