Ingredients.
250g cooked Hare meat
1 shallot, finely chopped
125g mashed potato
Dried thyme
1 egg, beaten
A dash of Worcester sauce
A dash of mushroom ketchup
Salt and Pepper
Flour
Bread crumbs
Method.
Put the Hare meat into a food processor and give it a couple of bursts or alternatively mince it. Mix together with the potato, thyme and seasonings. Make into balls, roll in the flour, beaten egg then the bread crumbs and flatten into six cakes.
Fry until golden.
Serve with a crisp green salad.
