Ingredients
200g rice
saffron, 2gr
1 chicken, chopped
Half a rabbit, chopped
1 red pepper, 1 green pepper
1 onion
Sausages, 100gr
2 eggs
2 Cloves garlic
800ml chicken stock
Method
1.With a drizzle of olive oil, saute onion and chopped peppers until they begin to brown, then add the chopped garlic and chicken, rabbit and sausage.
2.Sauté the ingredients well, add the saffron and rice and stir for a few minutes, then add the chicken broth and put all the ingredients in a paella pan in the oven at 180 degrees for about 16-18 min.
3.Keep an eye on the rice, making sure it has enough broth. Remove from oven and mix in the beaten Egg. Return to oven for about 4 minutes until a crust is formed.
