Ingredients
3 venison sausages, skin removed
6 prunes
3 wooden skewers
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation method
1.Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
2.Start by rolling the venison meat into nine small balls.
3.Take a skewer and alternately place a venison ball then a prune; each skewer should have three venison balls and two prunes.
4.Heat a frying pan add the oil and gently brown the kebabs.
5.Place into the preheated oven for six minutes and serve.
