Ingredients.
50g smoked salmon pieces.
100g butter, softened.
Pinch of dried dill.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
An expensive but fabulous sandwich filling or to serve with grilled or fried fish.
Soak the dill in the lemon juice for 20 minutes to bring out its flavour. Very finely chop or mince the salmon. Combine all the ingredients and mix well until smooth.
