Ingredients:
6 pheasant breasts - thinly sliced
1 Lemon - juice only
Worcester sauce
Soy sauce
Table spoon of sea salt, pepper, chilli and any additional seasoning you feel would work well.
Methods:
Mix all the ingredients together and leave in the fridge for 12 hours. Hang in a dry and warm place for 2/3 days, airing cupboards and above Agas work fantastically.
