300g Sausage Meat
450g Rabbit, Pheasant, black pudding
100g bread crumbs
1 small onion & 1 leek
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Seasoning
Line 2lb load tin with smoked streaky bacon
Cook onion leek and garlic
until soft
Mix all ingredients together place in tin folding over bacon
Cook in oven 180c for 1 hour. Remove from tin put on baking tray cook for 30 minutes or until golden.
