    This supper is stunningly delicious, looks amazing and only takes about 10 mins to whip up. It’s perfect for when you don’t want to be slaving over the stove and guests will be amazed at your effort…without you having to make any!

    Serves 2.

    Ingredients

    160g farfalle pasta
    150g asparagus
    100g hot smoked salmon
    1 tbsp crème fraîche
    1 tbsp Strong Horseradish Cream
    salt and pepper

    Method.

    Cook the pasta according to instructions. Meanwhile steam the asparagus and cut into inch long pieces. Drain the pasta leaving 1 tbsp of liquid in the pan with the pasta. Stir in the salmon, asparagus, crème fraiche and Strong Horseradish Cream. Season to taste.
