INGREDIENTS
400g Cooked game meat of your choice, diced
200g Goats cheese
200g Red onion confit
200g Tomato sauce
4 Pizza bases
100g Rocket
To taste Sea salt
To taste Milled black pepper
METHOD.
Preheat the oven to 220°C
Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the pizza bases, before adding the goats cheese, red onion, game meat and half of the rocket.
Once you have added your toppings, place the pizza in the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt a little.
Remove from the oven, and top each pizza with the remaining fresh rocket.
Finish with a little sea salt and pepper, and enjoy. If you want to you could even add some shavings of parmesan and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
