Method.
6 Partridge Breasts (skin removed)
90g Cornflakes, lightly crushed
1 Egg beaten
Flour for dusting the meat
Sprinkle of Paprika
Salt & Pepper
Method.
Set the oven to 190°C
Lightly crush the Cornflakes.
Shake out some flour into a dish along with a sprinkle of Paprika and salt and pepper and mix.
Lightly coat each Partridge breast.
Dip in the egg, then into the Cornflakes.
Place the nuggets onto a lined baking tray and bake for 17 minutes
No oil needed!
Serve with you favourite dip and side dish
