    Ingredients.

    500g Minced Venison
    200g Minced pancetta
    1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    Salt and Pepper

    Method.

    Mix the venison mince, pancetta, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Divide the mixture into 4 and using a burger press shape your patties.
