INGREDIENTS:
2 Partridge Breasts ( or work it around how many your cooking for )
Olive Oil
1 finely chopped Chilli ( what ever to tickles your fancy in heat )
Salt and Pepper
1 tbsp of English Mustard
2 slices of finely chopped onion
2 tbsp of Sour Cream
Slices of Lettuce/ Salad
INSTRUCTIONS:
1: Heat oil in frying pan
2: Dice Partridge breasts
3: Fry until brown
4: Add Salt and Pepper
5: Dice desired chilli and add
6: Once completely browned off add chopped onion
7: Once Onions are fried, add 2 tbsps of sour cream
8: Simmer
9: Whilst simmering continue to prepare tortillas with a base of English mustard, lettuce/salad
10: Add partridge mix to tortilla
